I have great experience with particularly this branch of Mister Minit. They are great at their work plus great customer service.If you would like to copy keys or electronic car remotes, their quality and specifications are remarkable. I have recommended go many friends and also recommend you to go for it.Also, you get 20% off on your 2nd car remote,keys etc.

Had a wonderful experience when I came in to get a pen engraved as a gift. Very accommodating, great advice and so friendly. Made me feel well looked after. Did my engraving super quick too, it was beautifully done. Will definitely be back if I need similar services again.

Got a heel replacement on my boots here. I had previously went to the one in Lyn mall (which I did not have a good experience with at all). The guys here are exceptional. Really friendly, give honest advice and helpful. And the job they did on my boots was amazing. Will definitely recommend.

MOST RUBBISH SERVICE I EVER HAD IN MY NZ LIFE.*made me visit 7times and took 2days off from my work.*took more than 2month to get a car smart key. (WHICH THEY SAID IT CAN BE DONE IN A WEEK)*never contact customer back*ordered wrong smart key and reordered*he scheduled me for a visit to register new smart key but he already went home on that time. (i took my work out). so i booked again on next day.*On next day I received faulty remote. So he reordered again*Today he finished the job but manual key for smart car key size is small and keep sliding out. He said it was $30 for manual key on 1st visit, and then $40 later but now when he finished he said its $60until today we had friendly conversation and I tried not to get upset but from my last visit I couldn't take any more of their poor services and lies.DON'T USE THIS BRANCH. THEY WILL WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.NEARLY 3MONTH FOR A KEY AND YOU STILL GETS FAULTY PRODUCT

I had a Schlage key to cut and tried somewhere else it didnt work, had 3 visits but stil not working, ended up having refund and the stuff there commented it must be something wrong with my lock. Went to Mister Minit West City, the new cut didn't work for the first time either, but the gentleman there is really helpful and patient, no complaints whatsoever, tried different cut ways and it turned out that for my lock it needs to cut the key per the 5 digital codes provided by the manufacturer. I was so happy the new key finally works after all the hassle and there is no additional charge for the second new cut (apparently cutting keys through the digital codes is more expensive). Great customer service, highly recommended!
