I ordered a pair of shoes online in their sale and had them delivered to the Shore City store. A nice young lady phoned me only a couple of days later to say that they had arrived and then when I went to pick them up, the young lady in the store was very friendly and lovely to deal with, thanks

Kept waiting for ten minutes when there was one other customer in the shop and two staff. When we were eventually served they didn’t have the right size or help with sizing to see if the shoes did fit. Disappointing.
