Snap Fitness 24/7 Royal Oak

I just started to go to this gym and I got to say it's been a good experience so far. Signing up was a breeze and good value. Friendly staff who signed me up. Gym looks small but I go at peak hours after work and it hasn't been to busy. Covered parking is a bonus for my motorcycle. I was told its expanding for more weight machines so looking forward to that. I'm happy i joined!

I lost my card three months ago and replaced it with a new one with cost. The sister at the reception desk told me that if I found the old card, I could get the new one for refund.But when I found my old card a month ago, the Asian boy at the front desk told me I could only return but not refund. The new card was brand new without any damage. He told me I could sell it to my friend. I didn't want to do that and just give it back to him without any refund.I was so confused that I withdrew my membership. He showed impatience. But they were really nice when I joined the membership.This gap in attitude makes me feel uncomfortable. Three stars is a respect for the two years of good experience.

Such a great gym, the trainers are so helpful and welcoming. Everything is super clean and there is a private open room space to freely do your own exercises away from the machines. Additionally, the free classes are awesome!

The gym is clean, the classes are great and everyone is super friendly!I’ve been to a couple of snap fitnesses and this if by far my favourite one. There’s always a squat rack available in the back room and its never too crowded.:)

Very rude and the place is falling apart, machines are rusty and the place is very dusty. I immediately cancelled my subscription and move to a better gym.

Ive been with this gym for over 2 years now and I have loved being a member here! Great classes both morning and night and the trainers are always so supportive! Highly recommend :)

I have attended a variety of gyms across Auckland and a number of the snap fitness gyms and snap fitness royal oak is in my top 3. The facilities are clean and well maintained. There are always machines available and it never feels too busy. There is a variety of equipment and spaces to use.

The manager in this facility had no idea what customer service is. In fact, she rather see the customer suffer without trying to sort out the issue. Absolute disgrace and hence I had to terminate my membership from this gym.To the owner, this was my experience.My problem was sorted by another snap gym where the membership from your gym had to be terminated and rejoin their gym in order for me to continue using the service because your manager at the time had no idea what to do.I am not going to post my details online.Give me an email address and I will forward you all emails.This incident happened with someone called Shannon who clearly introduced herself as club manager.

I've been to a few Snap Fitness gyms, but always seem to come back to Royal Oak. A good range of cardio equipment, free weights and machines. A number of racks for squats/deadlifts and seperate areas/rooms. More spacious than other gyms, heaps of parking and things are kept nice and clean. The staff are all friendly and welcoming. If classes are your thing, there a plenty of those too!

Great atmosphere, lots of equipment for body builders unlike other 24/7 gym, this one even has a seated calf raised machine and a power lifter corner.It has a boxing bag, I think they have classes in morning, if not, no worries, there's an online channel with big projector so you can choose your own classes, lots of cardio machines, sports and music channel at all times.
