Karl made pulled pork, BBQ pork belly and a beef brisket - everything melted in your mouth and was packed with flavour, 11/10!!!

Had the pleasure of having Karl’s brisket, pulled pork and pork belly bites and let me tell you, it was some of the most delicious meat I have ever eaten! The homemade rubs and sauces were sensational and the care taken to get the meat as succulent and ‘fall apart in your mouth’ as it was is just insanely skilful. 10/10 recommend.
