I’ve walked past this shop for years. I wish I had gone in there sooner. It’s like an Aladdin’s cave. There is so much to look at. I finally went in last week to look for a wrap for my mother’s 90th birthday present. I found a wrap that I really liked and had it put on hold. Later on, I found the same item cheaper on another online site and was going to buy it online but the staff in the shop agreed to match the price so I got it significantly cheaper than it was in store or online. That made my day. I walked out of there a very happy lady. If you don’t ask, you don’t get right. I will definitely go back to this store and have already recommended it to my colleague at work. Thank you very much. I know my Mum’s going to love the present.

What a positive excellent experience I had on Wed 21 July when phoning to check your stock availability. Yes, my chosen jacket was available in my size and preferred colour and I was able to complete the sale via credit card. To my delight I found the jacket had been delivered overnight and was on my doorstep at 8.20am on Thursday morning. A very big thank you from me. Sharyn Pearce.

I have bought merino/possum/silk clothing for myself from this store for years. The quality of the garments is excellent, and so is the service. Look for their infant jerseys, hats, gloves and boots near the counter. Wonderful gifts for grandchildren overseas.

I bought the Possum-Merino 'Touch' Gloves.I am absolutely delighted! The Gloves are real toasty-warm and comfortable. All touchscreen actions, on my touchscreen PC and phone, are as if I was not wearing them - remarkable.I needed some help with sizes and got an instant response and problem solved - very, very helpful.Great shop, great product, great service! I ordered a beautiful possum merino sweater off of them last Friday and received it by the following Monday. I was amazed by the quality and warmth. Their communication was top notch, replied to every email & made ordering so much easier when I called to ask about measurements. Will definitely be buying off of them again. I was looking to purchase a pair of EB Tolley Glen Moccasins (NZ Made) during the Level 4 Covid-19 Lockdown, I have had them before and they are great so I was really happy when I discovered the Possum Boutique sold these, and more so that they were selling them during the lockdown and they were local to me.I made contact via email and Cecil helped me with the sizing so I placed an order online.The order arrived a couple of days later and I am really happy with my purchase, I have warm feet and I really happy to have been able to support two local business.Great work Cecil.

Fantastic little boutique shop, nestled into the heart of Wellington! It's my favourite spot to pick up warm possum-merino gear for myself and my friends. The store is small, yet somehow is chock-full of quality knits, scarves, gloves and beanies, all made by Kiwis, and in NZ.All of the clothes I've bought from there have lasted me a long while, and I know I'll be back when I eventually wear them to death!
