Right from the start we were welcomed by the lovely Cleo. She made us feel very welcome! Such a beautiful meal. Seafood is a specialty but there are plenty of other choices on the menu. The view is stunning! Love this place and will definitely be back!

This restaurant has great views. Staff are friendly. I have been numerous times and they always run out of something. In the past it was no avocados for mashed avo or no orange juice for mimosas. This time it was the potato cakes on their brunch menu. The replacement offered was sourdough toast that you couldn't even cut with a knife let alone eat. And no discount given or offered. Everyone's egg were cold. The kitchen needs a shake up and maybe you need to rethink having sourdough on your menu. Apparently even the staff have suggested having it removed because of the complaints they receive from customers. Our waiter Dylan by the way was absolutely fabulous. Very professional and attentive. Shame about the food.

We dropped in for a drink and snack. Staff are excellent and very, very friendly. We'll be back for more just because of them however the snacks were also great (not as good as the people thought).

Highly recommended. For brunch, “The Classic” and “Full “Breakfast” were amazing! Sadly, we came their early morning, way before they could serve their tapas and mains. We asked if they could serve the Ceviche (in the tapas menu) before serving time, thankfully they said YES! Everything was amazing.

I ordered the $54 surf n turf. It was definitely not what I was expecting. The eye fillet was cooked perfectly, however the rest of what was on my plate was terrible. Nothing tasted like it should. The mushroom puree was bland, the bone marrow butter tasted like garlic butter, and the tomato kasundi was absolutely wrong for this meal! The king prawns were not king prawns they were small and very chewy and there were only 2 on this dish.On a positive note the beans were cooked good. For a $54 meal I left hungry and disappointed. I also don't mind paying top dollar's for food but this was not worth $54.

location is amazing, stunning view of the boats/waterfront. The food was lovely. I recommend getting the seafood linguini, drinks were a bit slow getting to us but everything else was perfect. Our waitress was nice and very attentive.

I recently visited Salinity and it does have some standout features worth mentioning. Let me start with the positives. The restaurant offered cheap mimosas with multiple flavors which was a great value. I particularly enjoyed the orange mimosa which had a refreshing taste. The setting of the restaurant was also beautiful with a lovely view. It was the perfect spot for a Sunday brunch with friends. The atmosphere was very calming which added to the overall experience. However, there were a few negative points that I must mention. There are some confusing rules about booking the private room, which was a bit of a letdown. When I ordered eggs benedict, it didn't come with toast which was a bit of a disappointment. Moreover, the restaurant used lettuce with the eggs which was an unusual combination and not to my liking. Lastly, I was surprised to find no egg-free options on the breakfast menu which can be a problem for people with allergies.Overall, the restaurant had some great positives, but there were also some negatives that could be improved. I would recommend this restaurant for its cheap mimosas and beautiful setting, but the confusing menu and lack of options for people with dietary restrictions could be improved.
