My mother and father in law used this company for their hearing aids and were charged around $20,000 for 2 Phonak hearing aids. From day one the units had been malfunctioning, working intermittently and not charging, and have been back to Triton for review, repair or service. Each time being sent away for work and each time having no progress with any kind of repair or improvement. It’s almost like they were never sent away for anything as the same problems persisted.Considering the cost of these units you would think there would be a level of customer service proportional to the cost, or even some sort of personal ownership for having the matter resolved. No. The problems persist and my mother in law has now given up on them. You would be well advised to research the products this company sells, the prices they charge and the fact that if you do decide to use them, that you will receive both low quality (but very high margin) products and no customer service after you have paid the bill.Writing this review is the only way I can warn others of our experience with Triton as we have sought to remedy this on multiple occasions without any a/ help and b/ solution.Be warned this company will not stand by its products and will charge you an arm and a leg for it!
