Extremely Disappointing Customer Service Experience with Staff Member AYESHAI am writing this review with great disappointment about the negative customer service encounter I had with staff member Ayesha. The level of service I received was not only unsatisfactory but also unprofessional and disrespectful.When it was my turn to be assisted, I approached Ayesha for services provided by NZ Post. However, to my surprise, she responded with an abrupt NO" without any explanation or attempt to understand my needs. This initial response was already disheartening

A good shop for money exchange and courier service in the auckland city. The staff is really friendly and helpful. They are so patient enough to answer all your queries and does their maximum to provide you with a sincere service. There is a little parking facility provided and usually this place doesnt have much waiting.

Western money transfer and NZ post in one place. Good service.

Worst experience ever. I'd rather pay money gram $25 to transfer my money rather than this. After all that and they still managed to send the money to some other country than the country i wanted them to send it to. All in all it was a painstaking experience and i hope people don't use this branch as the employees are very rude and don't care about yout money. I asked for the manager and was replied by more rudeness and they didn't apologize for their mistake or rudeness and blatantly disregarded my appeal. I hope businesses like this where they give no regard to the customer should not be open for business and i will try to make a formal complaint to the related government agency as they are not fit to handle financial transactions.

Tried asking via their FB page about exchanging NZD into a foreign currency. My initial message contained all the information required to give me an answer, however they asked a pointless follow up question and then proceeded to ignore me. I will go elsewhere as there are many places to exchange money and these guys obviously don't want my money for reasons only they will know. Very perplexing....

Great service from Prabaka today (hope I’ve spelt his name right). It’s the second time I’ve been there, now that no other places (CBD) could bother to offer Saturday postal services except this one — they are truly a GEM! What polite and patient staff too! A woman who served me just the week before was fantastic as well! Please do not stop your Saturday postal services I’ll be coming to you and will be recommending you to all :)Thank you

There Customer service is most disgusting, RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, Racist,please be aware when u go there to receive money they will threat you, scare you and try to make sure that you won't get any money. so please Never use there services.

The representative from Wellesley should be aware that your system can only contain 32 characters instead of her advising me to contact WU back home to update name. Because I went to other WU branch I was able pick up my money and they explained the reason why my last name does not contain the last two letters.

Great service competitive prices

The location on G-Maps is misleading. It is much closer to the corner of Wellesley St & Mayoral Drive than shown on the map.I went to this location for applying for IRD. The representative was very courteous and helpful. She told me I did not need the university offer letter (only student visa was enough), as opposed to what AA center said!One benefit is that NZ Post services are available till 6pm (while the NZ Post office nearby closes at 5pm). However, they do not provide RealMe verification services.
