Thanks for providing great service during the warranty period. Within a few days only the Contour team sent someone up to the place I recently bought fixing two minor issues without questions asked and zero bureaucracy. Thank you very much for your outstanding customer service, not only when buying new windows, but fixing issues after sales.

We as a company have worked with Contour Roofing over the last 10 years and have had both small and large jobs completed by them. We have found them to be very easy to work with and they always finish the work to a very high standard. From the inspection to the pricing to the completion is always done in a good timeframe and Contours have always worked in to suit us.I will definately continue to use Contour Roofing and share our experiance we have with them to others i talk to. Contour roofing manufactured our joinery and it has been found to be leaking. For seven years we have tried to get this issue addressed and they have not resolved the problem. They have refused to come back, they have refused to work towards finding a solution. They are well known in the Nelson area for this type of behaviour. Stay away from them.

I called Contour after a recommendation from friends who had used them to replace the roof on their house.I purchased a house that, after an independent inspection, needed new gutters. They were 1980's internal gutters that were difficult but not a problem for Contour. From the initial quote to the finished product they were great to deal with, friendly, efficient and good pricing.I'd definitely recommend them.

Have just had our aluminium doors and windows resealed. Two big door units had to come out, which I had to pay for because there was minimal seal applied originally by Contour Nelson and so they leaked. Contour Nelson knew about this for years and refused to fix. The tradesmen who fixed our joinery were appalled. Stay away from Contour Nelson.
