That old blonde lady was so rude! she was being super condescending towards us and wasn't helpful at all until another customer walked in and then she completely ignored us.

I went into the store in Upper Hutt today and was absolutely disgusted by the way the senior managment was talking to a New staff memeber.I have NEVER in my life heard such bullying and abuse to a human being in this way let alone in a work place.I will NEVER shop at this store and will be quick to tell people about this horribly negative experience.This is abuse and I was truly gobsmacked.Really disappointed that someone who should be guiding and helping a new member of staff could act in such a way.Not good!!If I could give a score it would be -5.

I recall going there 18 months ago and was confronted by a middle aged to older saleswoman with glasses. She was incredibly rude and impatient when I asked for assistance as I intended to purchase a king sized duvet. Didn't buy anything because of this and gave her a piece of my mind as well. After a year or so I started going back there. Haven't encountered this old lady since and have found that the staff that work there now are very polite and helpful.

Such a bad experience from the white old lady that 'served us'- disappointed. This kind of NZ service is just embarrassing. My dog would do a better job at customer service than this lady who is driving business away from a company that I like. Would like a full apology from this lady.

Visit was ok. Didn't interact with any staff members. The items I was looking at were really tacky, compared to what they appear to be on the website. Bit disappointing, but I have bought good stuff online in the past.
