Overcharged on 2 items (air freshener and epoxy) by a significant amount, around 20% higher than advertised, once I realized I was too far away to return, so I contacted the store by email with photos of the ad and my receipt to clarify the price difference. I never heard back from the store or from head office so just assumed over charging is a regular occurance

Been getting car bits from here since they opened in rolly. Super friendly staff and if they don't have what i need, chances are they will get it in. Reasonable price with trade account. My 1st call for parts and consumables.

Custnour service was above and beyond. Very friendly and knowledgeable. The team replaced my windscreen blades and one lady gave me a reg holder. Thank you Dawn and Scott and another Lady. Awsome customer service.

Walked into shop with my 12 year old son who needed parts. 2 salesmen ignored us and continued chatting but went to say hi how are you to a man who just walked in and asked if he needed help. We were ignored the whole time

Picked a air freshener which was 50% off but got over charged by a young tired looking guy, so I went back to the guy, the guy said the discount doesn’t apply to this item, and he double checked the original price tag and the discount sign”50% on all air fresheners”, he decided to refund me the overcharged part and said”I can refund you 70 cents if you really want to. That was quiet rude, because that wasn’t my fault it was you guys fault, I know it was only 70 cents, I don’t care that 70 cents I just wanna make things right. It doesn’t matter it’s 70 cents or 70 dollars. Plus this guy always looks very tired, never welcome customers.
