Such a great place for every age group!,Dine in, in a beautiful restaurant, have a great pub meal in the bar, separate Gaming room and bottle store.Entertainment every night, the Bull challenge is a must. Indoor and outdoor settings are awesome.

This is the best pub in Invercargill for sure. Offers great food and a great atmosphere with excellent staff. Bar staff is often different but they are always helpful.

The bar staff were great. Unfortunately the wait staff i encountered was not. Was 1st time there not being a local so cant be expected to know how the place works. Asked for some cutlery for the group as we didnt get given any. Was lead to a dark corner where he hit down on the table and said 'its right there mate' in a condescending tone and rolling his eyes.The food was also disappointing. Excessively salty and fairly small portion for 1 of the meals combined with expensive prices. $85 for 3 basic meals is alot.We wont be returning.Would be a 1 star review but the great bar staff is what bumped it up to 2 stars

Always a crowd pleaser. Even for an old fella like me whos been going to the waikiwi for 15 odd years. Great size meals and lovely spot to start the night and sink a few cold ones! Love stopping in on my trips back down home to enjoy a drink and some quality food

this is unbloody believable! i can not think for one second why there would be GLAD WRAP on the bottom of our dish??!! and of all dishes it was a chicken one? this is so absurd. I have had a very very unpleasant time at this institution! UNBELIEVABLE.

Our visit to this pub was not so great. We would like to bring to your attention a matter that left us with a rather unfortunate impression. As newcomers to this pub, we regrettably encountered behavior from the manager that we deem unprofessional and discourteous. Our unfamiliarity with the system led to us inadvertently attempting to place an order from our seating area, to which the manager responded in a manner that we perceived as impolite, instructing us to approach the counter instead, as this is not a conventional restaurant setting. She did not choose correct words.As patrons seeking an enjoyable experience, we must express our disappointment at the manner in which we were addressed. Such treatment left us feeling disheartened, as we had come with the intention of having a pleasant time, yet were disheartened by the interaction.We believe it is essential for any establishment to foster an atmosphere of respect and hospitality towards all visitors, regardless of their level of familiarity with the establishment's procedures. Professional conduct and tactful communication are vital elements in ensuring customer satisfaction and building a positive reputation for any business.We hope that this incident can be addressed appropriately, and measures can be taken to ensure that all patrons are treated with the courtesy and warmth that they deserve. By fostering a welcoming environment, your establishment stands to enhance customer loyalty and reputation, ultimately leading to improved business outcomes.Thank you for considering our feedback, and we trust that you will take this matter into account for the benefit of all customers in the future. We did not get an apology from manager after making this complaint to one of the staffs nor did any of the members replied back to our feedback via their Facebook Messenger despite seeing the message.
