In the 31 years of my life I never had a very bad haircut experience, until now at this horrible place. The barber is in too much of a hurry to care about the haircut he is doing. To anyone who might be reading this, stay away from this place as much as possible. Trust me.

I've been seeing Denis since he opened his salon. I even travelled from PNG twice a year to get my hair fixed by this man. Wonderful cut, colour and keratin. My hair is afro difficult, dry and when he's done boom! Gorgeous!Note he is a one man band and he takes walk ins so prepare to wait as he multi tasks. Remember small business need to maximise income.I dont care because my hair is always super model Pantene ad worthy

Really disappointing customer service!!! Just called and asked if you guys are available and do good haircut. Response was very rude, and disrespectful.Your business already have so many bad reviews, i didn't went thru before ringing you but i believe should get maximum negetive comments, and you should be shamed of your worst behaviour with customers.

If I could give 0 star, I would. Doesn't give information or communicate to customers on what to expect and what he would recommend. Had the keratin treatment that made my hair greasy and heavy. Charged exorbitant amount for a hair cut (less than a few minutes) on top of the service. Charges additional 3% or something ridiculous for credit cards. This man is out to rob and doesn't care about you. Don't visit this place, plenty of better hairdressers out there. Only thing is this guy opens on Sunday. This is why I went there in the first place and never again

Absolutely terrible. Do not go here. He does not know what he is doing. Takes multiple customers, but never writes down bookings, so rushes and does a poor job as people constantly turning up and he doesn't know where he is up to. Has poor technique and damages your hair causing you to have to go elsewhere to have it fixed. I cannot state strongly enough what a terrible hairdresser he is!

Worst hair salon I have ever been. No customer service, he cut my hair very short. When I gave him feed back ask me not come here again. While paying the bill ask for GST receipt. He could not provide and taking video and called cops and said laid to cops I don't wanna pay. Finally I have to explain to cops and they asked him to delete the video. I never had such a cowboy experience in NZ. I was late to work due to this. Highly un professional. His receipt doesn't have GST number. When I ask for it calling cops seems IRD must look in to his books. Wasted my time....

went here not too long ago, messed up my hair, i said to cut just a little bit off but cuts a whole chunk of hair. the guy cuts hair like he needs to go to the toilet meaning he cuts hair in like 2 minutes. i dont know how this guy still has customers. might aswell get a buzz cut. waste of money

Rude barber, rather than getting you the haircut you wanted he is more interested in cutting your hair the way he wanted to cut it. No wonder he had a long feud with a customer, which you can witness yourself on their facebook page Hair Xper"

I had the most amazing experience from start to finish. I had such bad experiences in the past with hairdressers, but from my very first cut with Denis he had put me at ease, and had always left salon feeling completely in love with my hair.. he also advises practical and professional advice. He is highly qualified and exceptionally talented. Highly recommended A+++++++
