Clown of a driver today (30 Jan2023) on SH3 between Otorohanga & Te Kuiti.Never adhered to the 50 & 30 km speed limits for flooding & road maintenance. A danger to all the other road users in his massive fast rig. (Rego 86A73) Cop spoke with him whilst refueling in Te Kuiti.
