Phoned to book in two chimneys at 2 houses - no rush. Was told we're very busy at the moment, couldn't do it until 7th may. I said, that's fine! No hurry. I was told ok, phone back closer to the time ... ?? No booking, sorting out times or anything. I said I'd rather sort a spot now so we can plan, but no. Shocking considering we've always used them. No more now.

Came early, which worked well for us. Worked fast and efficiently. Left our fire place cleaner than it was, before he came. Highly recommended.
