A1 Storage Limited Rotorua

No stars. These business owners are greedy, rude and inflexible. The old woman who owns it is horrible and they overcharged me for 2 weeks storage that I DID NOT USE. Stay away at all costs. National Storage is MUCH better and the staff there are helpful.

Do not use this company. They try and charge you for storage time you haven't used. Avoid at all costs.

Spectacular service, quick and easy to get storage. I would definitely use again.

We’ve been with A1 storage since 2021 when we moved to Rotorua from Akl. Since then we now rent out 4 units.Dealing with Nadia and the lovely old lady gosh all I can say is God sent. We’ve locked keys in the unit a couple times and the old lady happily leant me her master to use while Nadia was away. Nadia always helps me what ever she’s doing she helps. I love how straight she is. Their prices can’t be beaten compared to others and the units are excellent large and dry. Safe and organised units both in town and out Ngapuna.
