We recently used TFR to move. We had everything packed but they moved everything from one town to another, into storage for a few days and then to our new home. The actual moving team were excellent- careful, strong, cheerful and polite. The whole experience. Including admin, was so much more positive than I could have imagined. Thanks so much!

Kim is lovely to deal with and the moving team (Lester, Reuben, Marsh and Tangaroa) were friendly, knowledgeable and patient sticking to our office reconfiguration plan then tweaking furniture placement again as required. They were very efficient and I'd would definitely use them again if moving.

Almost every stick of furniture and every piece of whiteware was scuffed, scratched, and dented. Damage during a move is inevitable but every piece? We worked hard to have nice furniture and for a group of so called professionals" to come along and in a few short hours make it look shabby is gutting. Then there is the dents and scuffing to the brand new paint on the walls. It's all stuff you don't notice until after they're gone. Disgusted. Response Edit: Yes

I used Taupo Furniture Removals to transport an item when they were doing one of their normal moving runs down to the South Island, and I would meet them to collect it. Lenie was excellent to deal with in the office and had everything arranged very quickly. Mandeep and his assistant met me as agreed and my item was moved to my trailer. I found their whole operation excellent and I will be using them again if the chance arises.Thank you.
