They efficiently fixed my phone in a remarkably short time, and I am incredibly pleased with their prompt and efficient service.When my phone encountered an issue, I was worried about the inconvenience it would cause. However, IT Fox Solutions came to the rescue. From the moment I reached out to them, their staff was responsive and attentive to my problem. They provided clear instructions and made the process of getting my phone repaired hassle-free.

Phoned to book a screen replacement for a Samsung; arrived on the Saturday morning and the job was done PERFECTLY within the hour. And a good screen protector put on. Whole job was $40 cheaper than the other quotes I got... would definitely recommend this shop.Maybe website / FB needs to reflect that they do ALL types of phone / device repairs if you ring them first and discuss? The website does imply Apple only which isn't accurate.Excellent service and value for money - thanks a ton - now not to drop my phone again!

Thanks Kapil and team to for sorting things out for us, so this for you as well. We thought our iPhone had died..while using purple and white lines appeared across the front..wouldn't turn off...found this shop and staff in the store was such a great help..pressed buttons got the phone to close down...then plugged it in and waited about 3 minutes and it turned on and was alive again..no charge..but we did offer to buy him a coffee..he said no..but we did purchase a really good power pack for our travels. THANK YOU SHAUN..life saver..so far from home.

Very happy with the service I got from IT Fox Solutions Pukekohe store. I took my phone in to remove a voice typing pop up on my screen and Jason & DK resolved it in half an hour. I would recommend IT Fox Solutions to those who live in the Pukekohe area.

Amazing and quick service. My laptop screen was broken. They provided me very quick service as I desperately needed my laptop for uni work. Friendly staff and Wonderful service. 100% recommend this place for mobile and laptop repair.

While the guy was nice enough, charging $45 to replace a screen protector is outrageous.Also the line right in the middle of my screen that he said would dissappear within 24 hours is still here a week later. It's distracting and even more annoying that I paid a ridiculous amount for it.

Very happy with the service I got at IT Fox Solutions Pukekohe store. My iPhone 7 screen was broken and I gave it to repair at this store. I never expected the replacement would be this fast and responsive really. I got my iPhone 7 screen replaced within 30 minutes that was fast and furious. The staff or technician over their was very much friendly. I recommend IT Fox Solutions to others living in the area. This is a must visit place if you have any repairs for your gadgets.

I decided to come here when my phone battery started to play up and wouldn’t turn on anymore. I took it in and briefly explained the situation that I was in and clarified that it could just be the charging port and battery that needed to be renewed. The guy that was on shift properly checked and also agreed but wanted to make sure it was that or else it would’ve been replaced for nothing (he also mentioned if that was the case, then I wouldn’t need to pay.) Came back 2-3 hours later to my phone being fixed and working better then it was before. Excellent and fast service, left with a smile on my face. :)
