I recently got my first pair of glasses here and the service from start to finish was amazing. The ladies there were so helpful and friendly. They had heaps of options to chose from and they arrived in no time.

Always a pleasure to visit Jojo & his team. Very friendly/efficient service & communication every time. Whether it is for new glasses, an eye examination or for contact lenses! I work in retail & recommend Bailey Nelson Riccarton often!!!

The minute I walked into the store to the minute I walked out the service was excellent and the staff member(sorry I don’t know your name!) was very helpful and made me feel comfortable taking the time with me to choose my new glasses , ordering them and then picking them up, I only had received a message about 1 pair but luckily the staff member checked for my second pair so I didn’t have to come back again! The after care for the glasses was very much appreciated so thank you! I don’t usually leave reviews but I wanted to make sure this staff member was acknowledged for her lovely friendly service!

My glasses were ready a week after ordering them, that's gotta be the quickest waiting time! I wasn't very impressed with Specsavers service or how long I had to wait for my glasses to be ready so I was keen to try Bailey Nelson, especially since they had a great sale on. It is so nice to enjoy clear vision again at such a good price!

Hi,My sister and I each purchased 2 pairs of glasses early November ( from bailey nelson Riccarton branch)and we each received a coupon code worth 25% off the next pair of glasses that either we could use or we could share the code to our friends or family could use on our behalf. The coupon code was valid for 30 days.its pretty evident that we wouldn't be purchasing any for atleast the next one year or so and so we decide to share the code with my brother.My brother purchased one pair of glasses( non tinted) with my sister's code. When we mentioned about the coupon code, the lady at the counter seemed a bit reluctant to redeem us with the 25% off. But she finally gave in and we purchased the glasses for him.We went the next week to buy a pair of sunglasses for my brother ( the same person from earlier). This time we thought of buying with my code( unused). The sales assistant,who was the same lady from last week , had the audacity to just assume that we would be using the same code[ my sister's code from last week]. Like who in their right mind would use the same code twice, the least she could have done was ask if we were using the same code twice. After we told her that we were using a different code this time, she went in somewhere to check with her senior. She came back to tell us that we wouldn't be able to use the new code( my unused code) for the same person( my brother). We wouldn't have had a problem with the issue if not for the attitude that the the sales lady was throwing at us and not to mention the treatment that we were subjected to at the store. We were discussing amongst ourselves if we should go further with our purchase or not. But the sales lady slyly announced our predicament to all the other staff ladies. We approached a different sales lady regarding the same issue 5 minutes later . She didn't even hear our side of the story and stated explicitly that it's company's norm and how they were just the face of the company" and that they were just saying what they were instructed to.It seems pretty obvious that the folks at bailey don't want their customers to redeeem their due codes

From the moment I booked the appointment the communication was excellent. Alec was friendly helpful and efficient when sorting my glasses choices. My eye exam was the most thorough I’d experienced and he made me feel totally at ease. Really appreciate the great service.
