My 11-year old son went into the shop by himself today while I ran an errand in the mall. My son was made to feel very unwelcome - not cool. He is a customer like any other adult and had money to pay for his intended purchase. He will be spending his money elsewhere going forward.

It's a bit dark....a bit rundown... And could do with a paint.... But it had the item I wanted and the staff were friendly and helpful

You get the feeling when inside the shop that the staff are irritated by your presence and do not want customers in the shop. Not a friendly Toyworld and one that I will not be returning to.

Lousy selection, but I put that down to this one being such a small store compared to its bigger counterparts. The outrageous prices drive the star rating right down. Trust me when I say you can buy anything at a Toyworld anywhere else for a cheaper price.
