Action Reroofing

I would highly recommend action re-roofing. The team is absolutely lovely, and they went above and beyond to do an excellent job. Any queries I had were answered quickly and respectfully, and the work was done to what appears to be a very high standard. The owner James and his team were all very easy to communicate with, and James was on site for the work. 10/10, I will be recommending them to friends and family. Amazing service.

What a waste of breath! Tried getting in touch via call no answer and then text takes forever to reply and then finally when was able to touch base he asked me to email the photos which i did and no response afterwards and when he did he rudely refused to attend to attend the job. I am glad to get to see Action Reroofing work ethics before even the job started and so lucky to have not chosen them for repairs.Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere contacted another business they were so professional and attended to all the communication in timely manner.Maybe investing more in your customers will help instead of aggressive marketing!!DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Recently got a full roof recplacement from James and the team. They were great to work with, extremely efficient and had excellent communication throughout the whole process. The roof looks amazing! I couldn't be happier with the service. I inquired with multiple companies and James was by far the best to deal with and offered an amazing service! Highly recommend!!

We used this company to re-roof our house last month, from start to finish they exceeded our expectations. The price was very competitive, attention to detail is to an extremely high standard (our house is 1970's, roof up looks like a brand new house) and a great bunch of guys who came across as very friendly. After our roof was done our property hadn't even looked like tradies had been on site, the cleanup was exceptional. Would highly recommend this business and would use again in the future should we need any roofing done.

Whilst we received some heavy wind and rain the ridge flashing of our dwelling had lifted up and a sheet of roofing was blown off. I had called Action Reroofing as soon as we seen the iron in our backyard and spoke with a gentleman called James who advised he was currently on another job. After explaining the situation to him and advised of the urgency as our roof was exposed he advised he would be right over to take a look. Less than 30minutes later James had arrived and was taking a look. He had made a temporary repair making it weathertight and had returned the following day once the weather had eased to complete a proper repair. Outstanding customer service, very quick response time with high attention to detail. We will be using his service next time when we re-roof our dwelling, could not commend this young professional enough. Thank you James.

Not a great review here - I read the good reviews before contacting got asked for some photos which I supplied as requested 2wks later then never heard back. Gave a poor review then got a phone call within two hours saying he didn't have my phone number...and a heap of excuses as to why he hadn't responded - sorry that's life everyone has bad times but just respond. James told me he would get back to me on the 18th June once he was back in the country shake my hand and get on with quote if he could do it and could I change my review. Cant delete reviews but can change the stars - changed it to 5 stars in meantime its now been over 3wks & never heard back again - 2nd time in a row. Just ring and say you don't want the job or your too busy but don't waste peoples time.

Wow, what a great Job. We needed a new roof, underlay and spouting. We were able to go with the highest quality underlay. The team also replaced timber framing. A terrific job. James was great to work with. Thank you James.

I got in touch with James and team to install a new roof flashing to fix our home from a leak. James ensured a very quick response time as well as a competitively priced service. Very happy with the end result, will use gain for future roofing needs.

James and the team were awesome! they responded to my email very quick and came out to look and repair my roof extremely fast! very happy with the work they have done :)
