Travel with Debbie - Travel Broker (World Travellers)

Just back from a multi trip tour of the Middle East, Greece and Turkey. Debbie had it planned so that we moved seamlessly from one country to another. She was easily contactable during the trip to check on a couple of things. We will definitely use Debbie again

Booking flights with Debbie gave me the confidence that everything would be taken care of, particularly some last minute date changes with my flights back home. She was very professional and promptly replied to my emails while I was overseas, and made suggestions about layovers etc.

Debbie goes above and beyond to make sure everything goes as smoothly as possible. Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable about travel, but she also provides a very personalised service. We used to always book our own trips, but Debbie pointed out better routes and got better prices for us. We now wouldn't go anywhere else.

Debbie was wonderful to deal with and extremely helpful. Debbie was able to offer a range of flight options at competitive rates. She was up to date with all the Covid requirements which save you trawling through numerous websites. I would definitely use her again.

My wife and I had planned a trip to Europe for the first time ever and decided to make the most of it by being over there for close to seven weeks. We wanted to make sure all our bases were covered so decided to use a travel agent for the first time and had a friend refer us to Debbie.Best decision we could have made as she helped us start the planning and gave us good recommendations all the way through the build up to the trip. It was great having options for accommodation and activities put in front of us as we had no previous experience in touring over there.Further, Debbie then took the time to monitor what was happening when we were overseas and we had a number of emails or Whatsapp notifications giving us updates. Again, it was great to know she was still helping look after us while we were away.Would definitely use again and absolutely recommend to anyone as a travel broker that you could trust to make your holiday a memorable one.

Debbie has helped me organise so many holidays now and has always been a tremendous help! She is readily available for any questions and concerns I might have while planning and is very helpful when providing additional suggestions. A particular example that comes to mind was when I was coming back from Japan and Taiwan in early 2020 right when COVID was beginning to become a worldwide problem. I had flights cancel on me and it was quite a stressful time. Despite the considerable time difference, Debbie was available to respond to me and helped make plans and alternate flights to get home... fortunately everything was covered in the insurance she set me up with before going as well. Debbie is an absolute joy to work with and also adds the personal touch by delivering the information pack directly.(With complimentary bagtags too!)100% recommendation from me!
