Bought a fridge/freezer which didn't work properly and were able to exchange to a new one very easily. The young man that sold us the appliance was terrific. He was very knowledgeable and if he didn't know the answer to a question he quickly found out. Helpful but not pushy. One of the best salesman we have dealt with.

Amazing service! And even better aftersales service. Had a faulty carpet cleaning machine and took it back. I didn't have the original receipt, but this wasn't a problem. They looked it up. Took one look at the machine and decided to replace it. They didn't have one in stock, so ordered one from the Wanganui store. It arrived on the SAME day! (admittedly I got lucky due to delivery times, but still, very impressed!). Thank you Harvey Norman.

This is the best service in palmy, they are great to deal with when you take something back, which is when it really counts. They are all very helpful but I want to say a special thanks to Deepika she continues to help, she feels like a friend not a sales rep. Thankyou for all your help and patience with mum and her twin in their 80s they both love their watches.

What happened guys? This store used to be superstars in service, all over it, up-to-date and customer-focused. Was looking at the product, sales assistant finally came over, gave us a quick answer walked off, and lent against products talking to other staff, did this about 4 times, and we gave up and left. Had to go online to get service, and spent $1500 online. Second time this happened recently :( Please bring back what you use to do so well!!
