I was recommended to go to this shop so maybe our experience is not the usual? We ordered 1 large Snapper 2 Hoki crumbed fish Curry Roll and 3 scoops of chips and a donut. Unfortunately there must have been a miscommunication as the snapper I got was tiny.The chips were cooked well but very greasy and needed to be hung and banged out better. My daughter was actually sick after having them because of the oil we presume. So we wouldn't recommend unfortunately.

The food was lovely. 06/ 07/ 2023 Had food from Ocean Beach again tonight, it was beautiful the burgers were lovely even had beetroot which I love on a burger. The fish was lovely not dry & the chips were yummy nice & crunchy. We all enjoyed our takeaways very much. Thankyou. See you next time.

Awesome service.The young lady was cooking, cooked my order to perfection.She even went as far as ensuring the fish had a layer of paper between them so they didn't stick together (second time she has cooked for my order).Good value for money in my book and the little things like packing the fish the way it was makes the meal just that much more enjoyable.

Service - The lady who was working was either having a bad day or doesn't like working there. She definitely needs to work on her customer service. A smile goes a long way.Food - Sadly the food wasn't good either. The chips were hard and mostly crunchies, the batter on the fish held alot of oil. The sausage was the best out of it all.

hi I came in tonight number 81, very disappointed. the chips were not cooked properly, the fish wasn't battered properly and squashed with the thinist potato fritters. very shocked after the last owners. was a waist of $20.00. I won't be back

The hamburger was excellent. I would have liked some pickled gherkin on it just to finish it of. ( just a suggestion) The fish was fresh and beautifully cooked. The batter was crisp, perfection. Had a small serving of potato wedges. Very nice, a meal on there own. The young cook, does a brilliant job.

Love the fish&chips but was dissapointed today. My usual order min chips and large snapper. The fish was more like small size and no where near what I normally receive when I order the large size.

Lovely fish and chips we have had schnapper and gurnard both cooked well and nice crunchy batter.
