Whilst I got the information I needed on the deals from the website direct, I actually found out more information talking via IM (Instant Message) to one of the reps. He (Jason) was very friendly and offered to go above and beyond to help me get signed up with the deal I selected. Great service!

Use this site with caution.. they say they are independent, but only include their top providers" in results. Multiple options from other providers were left out and not included in the comparison despite more expensive options being displayed. The chat assistant agreed to email through the comparison but instead I received a quote to move to Orcon. Later

All phone numbers on the website are un-reachable, I had a fall out for the internet during mid-day, urgent situation. Tried to call all numbers I can find on the website but no phone number can pass through. Hopefully can be improved in the future.
