My Fitbit Charge 5 black screened" and would not restart. It was just over a year old. I took it back to JBHF in the Plaza and the duty manager was happy to give me a replacement. Great store

Have been in twice in the past couple of days. Had first class service from Gio. When I asked the cashier his name I had a deja vu moment realising that Gio had given me great service on a previous occasion. Had great service also from the young woman at the till but didn't get her name. Great vibe in the store on any occasion I go there.

Very happy with this store. Another store let me down. Soon as i got hold of this store, i had ordered, paid and The pricey gift i got arrived fast and perfect. No hassles at all. I will shop there again. Staff are also polite and helpful .
