Stacey is very informative, reassuring and no question is an issue for her. She is also attentive as to what the clients desired outcome is. I haven't felt pressured to purchase products or deals or to be upsold into things that I haven't really wanted (which is a change from some beauty providers!) and she is very realistic as to what you can expect with various outcomes and treatments. Very happy customer!

Awesome staff fabulous treatment couldn't have asked for better. The Registered Nurse Stacey was amazing . What great service what a great look l left with. Truly felt listened to and understood. Thanks looking forward to my next visit.

Highly recommend you don’t go to Caci Porirua! They’re unprofessional and one of there untrained staff members took a chuck of my eyebrow out and got wax all through my hair. There program also made my skin worse! And if you decide to leave the program you have to pay for everything you’ve had done in full and pay the difference for any products you brought that we’re discounted with the membership plan! Seriously consider taking care of your skin elsewhere! Trust me! Celebrities get paid money to advertise for them! Don’t believe everything you see on a screen! Also feel free to pm on Facebook if you want proof! :-)

Really impressed with the service we received. The registered nurse Stacey is lovely and made sure to do a thorough medical history as I have complex medical conditions. She was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable with the procedure. I am happy with the result so far and look forward to more improvements after my next appointments. I signed up for a plan and love how I don't have to think about the cost as it goes out of my bank every week at an affordable rate. Also look forward to the 2 complimentary facials and 10% discounts on skinsmith skincare.
