I know your website says different opening hours for Easter Mon.. but there is no reference to what time that might be ..both on your website or your westgate store.come on ..how hard is it to put a sign on your door.

Maybe late on Sunday afternoon staff are kinda over it. Arrived about 4.15pm young lady at counter said hi, that was the extent of the customer service. I was left to wander the shop to find what I wanted without any offers of assistance & then when I did find what I wanted was walking around shop with a shoebox in my hand obviously looking for somewhere to sit and try on shoes, no help or suggestions from the two staff at the counter. Finally ended up sitting on edge of a table & tried on shoe & thought “you know what, I’m over this I’ll keep my money” & left. Could do a lot better.
