Clothing Direct - NZ

Have purchased through Clothing Direct before with no problem, however unfortunately this time I received the wrong item (the label on the bag was for the correct item but the item inside the bag was not what I ordered). The customer support was excellent though and very efficient in making amends for the error.

Good customer service, they processed my order quickly and so did the refund. However Biz collections corporate wear size runs big and somewhat ill fitting. Ordered small women's shirt based on measurement and it seems like a size 10, chest and shoulder area very wide for a size small which is a size 8. Entire chest and more got exposed when I bent down. The shirt was just hanging on me and shifting loosely, it just wouldn't conform to my body, the contouring for a size small was more of a medium. Wearing a base layer didn't help either. Knit wear was the perfect size, I orded size S and its perfect but when I tried to wear the shirt underneath, it was a terrible fit because the shirt were oversized. Order size 6 if your usual size is 8 for shirts and stick to your usual size for Knit wear.
