Have been here before and have had a great experience with onto it helpful staff. Just went today and really slack unwelcoming service. Just a heads up for staff, smile and be nice to people. Otherwise they probably will go elsewhere....

I absolutely love going in to Cosmic at the Hub Hornby. The staff are super friendly and helpful. They are very knowledgeable about the products they sell. Even if I'm broke I can still manage $2.50 for my favorite incense and a friendly chat with the lovely staff.

Rude girl serving tried to purchase scales had wrong pricing on the scales, didn’t want to sell me them at stickered price, then proceeded to sell me scales that I didn’t ask for, had to go back and she tried telling me I was wrong but I know what scales I asked for extremely rude don’t think she liked me very much for some reason lady with bright orange hair, won’t be going back to this cosmic again awful customer service stressful experience, staff standing around looking high staring into space Crazy!
