We are your average concert goers & we say definitely steer clear of this hotel. It was filthy, the parking was ridiculous (allow another 1/2 hr to your trip). They checked us in knowing there was no hot water at the hotel then struggled to give us our money back when we said we were leaving. Wotif were great!! Got our money back & found us an upgraded hotel for same price.

We were given a room with balcony, cool, once in the 2 bedroom apartment nothing but mould. I can understand dusty blocked up vents, but curtains, lampshades, bedding, MOULD yuck. Spent $500 for 1 night , NEVER AGAIN. Stay away from this place. Looking forward to a great nights rest WOW the beds HORRIBLE, no softness basically sleeping on springs , how stupid is this place, REFUND

Extremely disappointed with our stay and would not recommend to anyone. Our room (211) was dirty and many of the facilities in our room were broken and/or not working (dishwasher, bathroom door catches missing, toilet flush buttons broken etc.). I requested a room change but unfortunately the second room (506) was no better. The shower was leaking and the shower head was missing. I advised reception who said housekeeping would look into it. I think they need to call a plumber instead.

Unbelievably disgusting accommodation. Service awful, but room was worse. We booked for 4 nights and didn't even stay the first night. Mould, stains on walls, couch, chairs, in bathroom, dirty floors, kitchen, stunk, dated and damaged furniture, tiny rooms (we were in a 2 bedroom apartment). These guys should be ashamed of themselves. I only hope overseas guests don't judge NZ on that experience!

I was a bit skeptical to go here due to high amount bad reviews. However, this place exceeded my expectations. The service we received matched the price we paid. Room was nice and tidy. Very spacious with lots of other amenities to make your stay comfortable. Bathroom was super clean and was very nice. We loved the view from our room. All staff members were friendly and even inquired multiple times if we require anything else which was very nice. The only small thing would be to improve your breakfast menu option a little more as the current options aren't too appealing. For any new visitors if you feel quite doubtful to go here after seeing most of other reviews, I'd say you should give it a chance and hopefully it will be nice experience as it was for me and husband. I booked a 2 bedroom apartment and it was lovely and spacious in the living area as well as the bedrooms and bathroom. All rooms were a very good size. The beds were really comfortable and kitchen facilities were very useful. Had 2 hobs, oven/grill, microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle, sink, cupboards, dishwasher, cups/mugs/plates/bowls/cutlery/pots/pans, salt/pepper/tea/coffee/sugar, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, washing machine, dryer, dining table, sofa, TV. The toilet in the bathroom had a built-in seat warmer, bidet and dryer too, very fancy! Staff on the front desk were all very friendly and helpful too. Overall, I had a very happy, comfortable, and clean stay here and would definitely recommend it!

Overall I was quite disappointed. The pictures make the hotel look nicer than it actually is, and I think the photos are very old. Maintenance is an issue and the hotel is outdated and in need of a renovation. Two of the ceiling lights weren't working, the mattress was very uncomfortable (I could feel the springs), the bathroom didn't have any hand soap but strangely had two big bottles of shampoo and body wash, and there was a pile of used towels left on the armchair (I think the cleaners forgot to take them away). I would not stay here again.

Checked in early. Two bedroom apartment clean room clean bathroom. One of the lifts was out on arrival. Housekeeping cart was blocking the hallway. Parking is cramped and costs $30 per day. Luckily the parking spot we were allocated was near the entrance .So were were able to get in and out without too much trouble. Smoking was permitted on the balcony .So we kept the doors closed and collected all the butts whilst smoking. A definite plus compared to other hotels with ' designated smoking areas' . We were able to get additional keycards for entry as we were travelling with another couple.

A terrible experience. I have a video, I took of the room, so disgusting. We arrived half hour after check in 2.30. They sent us to a room. Which they after we complained that we had requested and were assured we had a room with a balcony. No balcony, the oven was filthy, blood stains on the curtains lord knows what stains on the couch were only to turn over and be horrified at what we saw. We paid $30 for parking. Laughable, we were asked you don't need to use your car do you?. Because they park someone behind you so you cannot get out. Such a disappointing experience. Reception assured us we would be in the new room within half an hour.The reception staff seemed annoyed that we rang every half hour to get the room that was actually allocated to us. That took 3 hours. We got to our room with a balcony at 5.30. Not any cleaner gotta say. So disappointed will posting this video on you tube. Have worked as a cleaner in hotels. If your job is not up to standard I question management not the cleaners they are under they pump being made to pump out rooms. You management need to look at how you deal with staff and patrons. Only Good thing was the location. Shame on you people who own the establishment.

My partner and I stayed at this hotel for one night after getting a discount on the room through Qantas rewards.Whilst the hotel room was spacious, the room was cockroach infested. During our stay we saw no less than seven cockroaches crawling on the walls, the toilet and in the shower.We have never had this experience at a hotel and we certainly won’t be staying there in the future.
