A secret Labtests branch nobody knows about so there's only ever a wait of a few minutes. Friendly staff and no queues make blood tests less stressful.

Some of the staff members are ok but try to avoid ANGELINA if you can. She’s unhelpful and unbelievable rude.

Love the staff...gentle and efficient....a short wait is pleasant, can't understand that anyone would find fault with the lab or its staff they are amazing.... And I have to go regularly for tests every 3 months ....

My favorite Labtests. I went at lunchtime and no waiting at all. Labtest is free for resident visa above and most of them are walk-in clinic (no booking required- just need the referred letter from the doc)

I had my blood taken by Angelina and I found her to be very friendly, helpful, professional and good at her job.Labtests was a little hard to find but I just asked a nurse in the car park for directions, no problems. There was no waiting time.

Had very bad experience. Waited more than 1 hr. They didn't open till 9am. And no note was left in the door so everyone were upset and left without giving samples.
