These vets and nurses saved my dog's life and stabilised him enough to get to Waikato after hours. They also clearly care about him with his follow up care.5 stars isn't enough.

Can't recommend enoughUnfortunately my puppy broke his leg on Sat night Dave met us at the clinic I think he saw we were quite distressed and talked everything through with us in a kind and understanding manner2 days later he has given me another call to check on Charlie and talk me through my options once and again and even called my local vet for me to arrange a cast check.Thanks Dave (and the young nurse I didn't catch her name) Charlie and family appreciate all your hard work.

We have never used Anexa Vets before, but my son was advised to see them for an X-ray on his dog’s leg. As expected it was a large inoperable cancerous tumor. But, what was not quite expected was the love and sensitivity shown by Henning the vet to my son and grandchildren. They were able to say ‘goodbye’ to a much loved family pet and given all the time they needed - even though it was late in the day.I know it’s ‘all part of the job’, but still so very much appreciated

Poor customer service, unbelievably rude will never be going back there, the rude blonde lady at reception shouldn’t be a vet or work at the vets has no care for animals what so ever. Disgusted me, shocked that a so called vet or whatever she was could have no care for an animal. Hauraki vets is the place to go if you are needing to take your beloved pet 100%
