Lorna Jane Westfield Riccarton

Absolutely one of the worst customer service I have experienced. Everytime I come to this store the girls were just stand there literally like a statue, no emotion; none of them weren't even say anything nor acknowled me when I walked in. Their attitute is even worst, make me feel unwelcoming like I shouldn't be buying anything from them.Might as well online shopping from now.

Decided to try Lorna Jane this morning at Westfield Riccarton. I'm usually a Lululemon person but was open to changing because I liked the Lorna Jane bike shorts patterns.I tried on a $100 pair of bike shorts and you could see my black underwear through them on both the front and back of the shorts. On top of that, I left the change room and the staff didn't even acknowledge me. They didn't look at me, ask if I did okay, or offer to help me find something else.I was walking out waiting for a bye" or "have a nice day" but got nothing. Pondered whether I might be invisible but was relieved when the staff at K-mart greeted me shortly afterwards.All this to say

Wish I could give 0 stars, honestly every time I go into this store I swear it gets worse, not even sure how that’s possible.Never ever get acknowledged, no help and then there’s always hardly ever any stock.My most recent trip in was to exchange something I brought online as I avoid going instore now it’s that terrible and I left annoyed once again, they wouldn’t give me a refund I walked out with a exchange card as apparently you can’t get a refund on any sale items (I’m sorry but how are you supposed to know when you can’t try anything on as it’s not stocked instore) and don’t even get me started on the poor quality of the overpriced items now. So excellent now I’m stuck with a gift card that I don’t want to spend.

Experienced the worst customer service Thursday evening. Not once was I greeted by the 3 girls standing at the counter, keeping in mind there was only me and one other customer in store so it was super quiet. I wasn’t offered any help whilst I had a handful of clothes in my hands to try on whilst still making my way around the store. I then had to find and help myself to a dressing room. Coming out of the dressing room, it was so awkward and I felt so uncomfortable. The girls at the counter just looked at me dead in the face. Didn’t ask how ‘everything went’ or if I ‘needed any help’ not even a simple hello or a warm smile. I then felt like they were almost having a giggle as I was walking out of the store. Unfortunately I didn’t end up purchasing anything I wanted due to the customer service. I also work in retail and it was just appalling. It doesn’t take much time and effort out of your day to be nice. Makes me so sad to see this behaviour.

Horrendous customer service. Most unfriendly staff I've ever come across. Snobby and probably think most people who walk into their store aren't good enough to be wearing Lorna Jane, so they ignore them until they leave. Been in here 5+ times, never once been offered any assistance, even if I am literally the only customer in the store. This store is almost constantly empty, and now you know why.

Went into the store today and the girl working there went above and beyond to help me out and was so friendly. Love that type of costumer service!

WOULD GIVE LESS STARS IF POSSIBLE, ONE IS TOO MANY!!!Received an email from them to review recent purchase, Gave them a 1 star and explanation as to why, just received an email saying they won't be posting it to their website, I guess they just filter out the reviews they don't like, can't do that on Google!Same as other reviews here, Ricc store staff are unhelpful & completely disinterested in customers so much so that we didn't buy anything (also the only customers in store). Now we've looked on Google reviews we can see we aren't the only lucky ones to received such poor service!After telling their online chat about the lack of service was told to order online instead... well that was cancelled by them 2 days later with no explanation! Back to the online chat... apologies here have a free freight voucher & try again... voucher didn't work!Obviously no body high up in this business looks at the incoming reviews or visits the Ricc store, won't be shopping here ever again!

Poor Quality, Terrible ServiceI recently had a disappointing experience with Lorna Jane, as the quality of their clothes fell far short of my expectations. Not only did the seams on multiple leggings come undone after just a few months, but the fabric also started to run thin surprisingly quickly. When I took the leggings in to adress the issue, I was advised to purchase another pair, assuring me that they wouldn't have the same problem. However, the replacement leggings suffered from the exact same issues. Seeking an exchange, I encountered unhelpful staff. Despite meeting all the requirements outlined in their online policy, I was frustrated when I was repeatedly advised to purchase yet another pair of leggings that supposedly wouldn't have the same issues. This is the 3rd pair that they've told me will fix all the problems of my last pair. I do not want to spend another $80 on a pair of leggings. All I desired was a simple exchange for a product that was guaranteed would last, and it was disheartening to face resistance from the team in meeting my request.For a brand that positions itself as high-end, the overall quality of Lorna Jane's products is undeniably disappointing. It is disheartening to find that their clothes, fall apart so quickly. One would expect better longevity and resilience from a brand that positions itself as offering premium quality. Unfortunately, my experience with Lorna Jane has left me with the impression that their products do not live up to their reputation or the expectations associated with their price point. Overall, the quality of their products does not justify the high price tag.0/10 take your money elsewhere, not worth it.

Do not recommend coming here. The service, the team, the attitude. So poor. A brand that promotes and supports those needing active wear to feel comfortable and supported has a funny way of showing it in store.Ended up leaving and spending money at Rebel sport instead. So disappointed as I would've happily spent money in store. It almost feels degrading being in the workers presence, staring not helping. So so bad! LJ you need to do something ASAP to help bring that store back to life.
