Red Photography

We were told we won free photoshoot. At the end, we got 1 small paper printed of a half-professional picture which was partially damaged by tape from their own folder. Information was only given to us once photos were taken. If at least some of the pics were good, we would have bought a few, but pics are worse than cellphone homemade pics. They promised fixing one issue on the only pic we got but that also didn't happen. We have done quite a few professional family photos before. If they wanted to sell themselves, we announced to the entirely family never to use their studios. Don't waste your time on them.

More than 5 years ago I had a family shoot with Red Photography. Soon after the photo shoot my relationship ended and I no longer wanted the photos. Red Photography credited me and said I could re-shoot at a later stage. 5 YEARS later I approached them to see if my credit was still valid. Even though it had been 5 or so years later and changed hands twice they honored it. I was very surprised but very happy.Two weeks later, we had a re-shoot with myself, the kids and family dog. Brenna did the re-shoot and she was fabulous, so talented and creative. Brenna made us feel relaxed and happy and we really enjoyed the shoot as a family, especially my eight year old son who cannot sit still for a minute.The photos, I love, love, love! Brenna really captured the kids personalities. It was actually really hard to choose which photos to keep because I loved all of them. I cannot wait to get them printed and into frames.I am such a happy customer and I highly recommend Red Photography. A great company to deal with from beginning to end especially with my special circumstances. The finished product, Amazing! Beautiful shots!Thank you Brenna and Red Photography Team. :-)

Very friendly staff all around. The shooting was relaxed and fun for the kids, in a generously sized studio with very professional equipment. Customers are encouraged to bring their own props for a more personalised experience and end product. Even pets are allowed.The design session about a week later was also very relaxed and simple. The range of products is good and the price, although quite high, is not unusual for the industry as I understand. If you are after more than a framed desk picture (which is $250), be prepared to fork out $1,000 or more!All photos used in the end product will be given to you as a low res digital copy. For that price, i wish you could get a high resolution copy and this is my only real complaint.If you won one of their $300 vouchers and hope to just get your free (unframed) picture and maybe another desk picture and a smaller product under $1,000... be warned that, when bombarded with the lovely pictures from your shoot, it will be very hard to resist. It is a strategy that needs little to no pushiness from the salesman.

i was really impressed with the service at Red Photography. Our photographer, Brenna, was excellent with our less than enthusiastic boys (4 and 7) and despite a few meltdowns on the day - there were some awesome shots! The editing was well done, the design consult was relaxed with no pressure to purchase anything. Overall - a really pleasant experience.

Loved seeing our photos, cant wait to get them. Julius is easy to communicate with and very accommodating with payment plans. Highly recommend them

Maternity photos were lost. Very disappointing. Newborn shots were lovely, except I didn't get the ONE photo I asked for. Staff are lovely, however my experience wasn't great

I love Lisa and Julius! They are an absolute duo! They are both fun and creative in their own way, very easy to work with, excellent communication and incredible photos. I have worked with them many times from a solo shoot, dog shoot, headshots for work, my wedding … the list goes on. I am glad I have found my forever photographers, who I have built a connection with and can use for everything. Thank you both for your time and for creating the most amazing photos ❤️

Julius was absolutely amazing for our shoot today! Not only did he travel from very far but he made the kids feel at so ease. They really enjoyed the session. Thank you Julius
