Noel Leeming Rolleston

I worked here for a couple of days every now and then a couple of years ago. It's just another Noel Leeming, people are nice enough, but management has cycled.... and then there's also lovely people working in payday loan offices.The fact that I observed many Noel Leeming alumni refuse to purchase the product protection or damage insurance should be telling enough. Unfortunately noels carries a lot of borderline-ewaste computers too. They cause all sorts of issues when they make it out to the real world.You do get a 7 or 14 day cooling off period in which you can reconsider your mistake if you have bought the extended warranty. You should. If 'manufacturer's warranty period' is ever compared to the extended warranty then you've been pitched dishonestly (imo, of course)But, some nice enough sales guys... but do you really care how nice the waiters are if the food is cooked on the front of some guy's old honda?

Great versatile electrical and IT product on display. Up to date gadgets for those tech lovers. Brand new shop and new layout. Helpful staff some of which I have recognised from the Moorhouse branch. Worth checking out this store plus the Warehouse if you have time in Rolleston.

Staff helpful lots of parking, all good.Just brought a wee heater to cool a small dog in campervan.Lovely girl served me.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. We used to go to Harvey Norman but not anymore. We can find everything locally and get it straight away without waiting. Thanks guys

Good store. The sales team seem a bit over eager though, especially when you just want chill, soak up and take in the view of what you are in there looking for.

The staff is top notch, friendly and approachable. The price is as good as other places. Well organized, varieties are available to choose from. Its outstanding customer service and satisfaction make this company unique.

The inconsistent communication with staff members is beyond a joke. Been let down big time by this store. We purchased a new washing machine including with delivery within 5 business days for us to pick up. After 5 business days, went into store to query this with no further help. Had to ring the distribution centre ourselves to be told it is going to take much longer! We purchased that washing machine on the understanding we would have it soon. The staff at the store just don't seem to care.

Staff are always helpful and nice.Unfortunately they are more a satellite store and don't have everything you're looking for ,but the staff are always willing to help and find what you need.They can always order it in.

Absolutely terrible, do not believe anything sales assistants tell you. I bought a phone in August 2022. The sales assistant offered to sell me an extended 3 year warranty for the phone. I said I don't need it unless it covers damaged screen replacement. He replied that it does. I reconfirmed it by giving a specific scenario: If my phone falls down and the screen breaks would this warranty cover its replacement?" The sales assistant again insisted that it would. So I purchased this warranty as my screens tend to break often. I went into the store yesterday with a broken screen only to be informed that this warranty does not cover it and that sales assistant conveniently does not work there anymore. The store takes absolutely no responsibility for the sales tactics of its employees. Shop elsewhere if you can."
