Fabulous service and beautifully stocked as well. They made the vaccination process very calm and had a great team who made me feel at ease and were very kind to my little dog also on a hot summers day - my fav chemist and will be supporting them from now on ♥️

Limited selection of food and water while I wait after my booster. Rude staff too, especially by some short haired old lady. Illegal to let me go within 5 minutes of getting my vaccine booster.

Visited Ponsonby pharmacy today needing an urgent COVID test to travel to Christchurch.Paul and the team were extremely helpful and efficient. The service I had was friendly and considerate. I would HIGHLY recommend using this branch for all your pharmacy needs.

I had an excellent experience getting my COVID booster jab. There was no line and the sign on process was a breeze with Mr Liam. The Pharmacist Paul is a kind and gentle man that fully explained the process and made sure I was comfortable throughout - I didn’t even feel the needle! I then had a lovely conversation with the rest of the team while I waited for my 15 minute observation period. A highlight was seeing the faces of children light up when they were given a sticker pack by staff after getting their vaccination - a very generous gesture that warmed the cockles of my heart. Thank you for a great experience Three Lamps Pharmacy!
