I'm happy to recommend Autospot to others.. The team were all friendly from sales to office staff and, whilst selling cars is their objective, they were not at all pushy. The salesman looking after me was helpful and patient with email enquiries, and then a good listener when I was there. I actually ended up choosing to buy a different car to the one I went to see, helped by the information I received. When it came to the price negotiation with a senior person, that understandably involved straight-talking, but was handled in a way that still left me feeling I was comfortable to make whatever decision I wanted, including not to buy then. After my decision was made, the car was prepared well and looking smart on collection. It was for my partner, and she's very happy. Thanks guys.

Excellent! Welcoming, friendly staff who were happy to go out of their way to help. A great atmosphere. Cars were all clean and tidy and the layout made for easy viewing. If you are looking for a new car, I wouldn't hesitate at recommend these guys. THANKS team, I LOVE my new car!

My son bought a car from these guys. Pulling up, I was a little worried. But I needn't have been. It all went really well. Connor was great to deal with. I bought my car under my company’s name. The dealership knew it from the very beginning but didn’t said anything until everything was done. They asked me to sign the finance papers. I did everything as they asked me to. After I signed all the other papers, they said this car is not covered under the consumers act warranty. I had no other option as I signed the finance and everything already so I had to sign the warranty paper as well. They said as soon as you drive it away you won’t be covered by us.They knew I am getting this under my company’s name but they didn’t tell me until I signed the finance papers.When I was driving home, after like 4 Kms all the warning lights came up on the dash. And when I tried to contact the dealer they simply said you are not covered under the warranty. My mechanical warranty said there is a stand down period of 21 days. I had to go to the BMW dealership and spend money from my pocket.I am busy with work as soon as I get some time I will try to get legal advice on this.It was terrible experience with Auto Spot. I would never recommend this to anyone.

Purchased a car from these guys, first salesman was great. After finance had gone through and I went to collect my new car, I was handed my keys and paperwork and told my car was near the front fence after having to ask them where it was. The owner and two of his salesman were standing there in the office and not one of them showed me to may car or went through it with me. There was absolutely no customer service at all, very disappointing. Can't believe I have to even give them a star to post this :(

Organised a pre-purchase inspection as I don't live in Auckland and wanted to be confident car was good before arriving to purchase it. I was happy with the report. Sales people said they had some other interest. They knew I'd be flying in to pick up the vehicle so asked if I'd be happy with paying a deposit so the car would definitely be here when I arrived. I have recently bought a used 2010 VW Golf R from here and just wanted to give a shout out to Darrin and the team! He welcomed me with open arms, let me go for a test drive with minimal hassle and went over the whole process very thoroughly while providing excellent customer service. I had a pre-purchase inspection prior to buying the car and Darrin and the team kindly agreed to fix everything in the report. Hands down I would buy another car from them again if I had the money.Overall, I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a used car, they’ll take care of you! 5/5 from me.
