They say they repair but all they try to do is try to sell you a replacement without even looking at anything to find out what's wrong! Useless!

Richard and his colleague were excellent, prompt service on a weekend. Within an hour we had water again and all for a good price. Thank you, we will definitely call you for future plumbing needs.

We completed work for this person over a year ago and have still not been paid. They have advised they need more evidence of the job being done by us despite meeting him on site when work was completed and taking his word in good faith we would be paid.

I'm so envious with the positive reviews I'm reading here as I didn't had a good experience with Richard. He seems to be a nice guy but the main issue I had with him was his time commitment to the job. After he checked our plumbing issue, we asked him when will he start the repair due to our inconvenience of not having normal water flow in the house. He just said within a week but couldn't say what day or time. He asked us to put down 80% deposit first so he could schedule us, which we immediately did the next morning hoping to be scheduled soon. We've waited for him, no communication, until he came back at the last day of the week. We just felt that he was so inconsiderate as he knew that we needed his immediate service but kept on delaying. I also felt he was more focus on his payment terms rather than his customer service. Definitely I would not recommend.

Friendly. Prompt. Efficient.I chose Auckland Plumbable Plumber based on google reviews and it was well worth it!Service over the phone was friendly and prompt with clear breakdown of payment. Great communication meant that issue, labour and material required was explained in detail (with photos of affected area) before the work began. Transparency - receipts for material was also available without our having to request them. Very happy with the service Richard provided. I highly recommend.

I have used Richard from Auckland Plumbable Plumber several times. Each time was at short notice and quite urgent to avoid disruption to my tenants. He has always been contactable at any hour and available at short notice when I have needed him. He is very professional and courteous. His work is always to a very high standard and very reasonably priced, even outside normal hours. I would recommend Richard for any plumbing or gas fitting work.

The plumber is not competent to fix a simple toilet leak issue. He charged me 1.5hrs on the road telling me he looking for parts and unsuccessful. The toilet is not fixed after charging me 2 hrs of duration and call out fees. He then quote me 1 more hr of potential working time trying to fix the toilet, and again need to travel around in cbd to find parts. He give me excuse that he cant find the brand of the toilet to find partBut the brand was clearly labelled on the side of the toilet tank and inside the tank which is the most common place to find. An experienced plumber should know that. The leak was fixed by another plumber using less than 30 minutes.
