Poor service. My son’s bike was booked for service on Wednesday- by Friday nothing was done! It was first time attempting to try out this place as out of towner and never again.

I recently purchased a Sinch E-bike for my wife and a Specialized Levo for myself, after 50-odd years of not riding bikes.Dave Spring and his team immediately impressed us as honest and straightforward, always ready to help answer any question. They are the total package - pre-sales advice, excellent product knowledge and very helpful in assisting decision-making. There was no hard-sell or upselling strategy here. Quite refreshing, really. We ended up with just what each of us wanted and are both delighted.The after-sales service has been excellent too, and their prices & workshop charges are very reasonable.You could waste a lot of time and effort shopping around but I suggest you don't look any further than Cycle Time. You won't be disappointed.

I bought a spare battery for my ebike, surprisingly they have in stock, good conversation and advise in regards to maintain and set up the bike.

Cycletime is the best little bike shop in the west, although not that little. Dave and his team do a superb job and every one not only knows their job but carries it out to the best of their ability. If you want advice go there. If you want topshelf servicing go there. If you want honesty ( which is a bit rare these days ) go there.

I took my sons bike to Cycle Time for a service and some repairs and can't speak highly enough of the service we received. The bike was finished very promptly despite needing a couple of hard to find" parts and the mechanic was happy to take time to talk though the work that had been done. They even set up the suspension pressures for us when we collected. Top draw service."
