Busy Bees Hobsonville

My son currently goes here and he is thriving. I've found the centre to be super supportive - when I initially enrolled him I needed him in minimum hours as I was job hunting, but also wanted him well settled before I started fulltime work. They could not have been more helpful, and he is now enrolled in fulltime. I find the communication with me to be great and they take so much care of my son.

Great early learning center. Our son loves it there. Staff are very attentive and informative in terms of the day to day operations and if anything comes up. I also like how it’s a diverse group of instructors and kids.

My child has been with Learning Tree Hobsonville for almost 3 years now and we are so happy with the centre as a family. From the beginning I felt confident leaving him with the staff who were welcoming and attentive and listened to me as a parent. I really needed my child to feel nurtured and as he has continued to grow we have always felt this from the teachers and management. I really value this place as my child's second home and have no hesitation to recommend it to any families looking for a place to support them with childcare.

My daughter was enrolled in Learning tree hobsonville since last year. She has been enjoyed her life there with so many good friends and nice teachers. My younger one also enrolled there after he turned 8 months. He was unbelievably well-cared by the lovely teachers, gaining confidence and new skills much faster than before. I cannot recommend more.

Seeing all the positive reviews on the screen, it was as if we had went to a fake Learning tree daycare, until I read a parent's story, she gave it 1 star and 10 people liked it below, it was as if it was real. She said her child was unattended, uncuddled, and crying all the time, and I felt like our learning tree was the same situation. Our two babies, one 2.5 years old and one 1.5 years old, are still crying after two months of settling in and picking up. In the two months we have been in the school, we have experienced at least 8 good teachers leaving, and our children just got used to one teacher, and then the teacher left and started to adapt to daycare life again. If you want to go to your child to this daycare, first you need to be prepared for him to be sick every day, second, you need to understand that every week on Thursday and Fridays, teachers are short and want you to leave your child at home to take care of them, and third, if you are not careful and pick up three minutes late, you will be charged for the whole day fee. In addition, there are now 9 children in the daycare with Covid and the daycare will send all the children with symptoms home and will continue to operate as usual and pay for the whole day as usual. Please think twice before sending your child to Learning Tree. I don't think any daycare would make such an unreasonable decision.

Great team here! Staff are very friendly and professional, they are approachable and understanding. The environment LTC Hobsonville have set up is just fantastic. My 4 year old daughter loves her teachers and friends. We are pleased with the progress she has made and the seamless transition from one room to the other this year is a bonus. We owe this to the support of the team which has enabled our little gem to enjoy learning. I like the variety of creative work, guided play and interactive tools offered by the centre. I also love their ability to rearrange things within the different spaces and think it's a great way for the children to recognise differences from observation. It's amazing what they pick up and remember. We are both very happy with our decision to register our daughter with LTC Hobsonville and highly recommend it to parents looking for a reliable, safe, fun and wonderful childcare centre. Both my boys have attended Learning Tree in Hobsonville for almost a year now. Their love, community and attention to my children is fabulous. My children have both grown so much in their communication skills, social skills, and learning abilities. Highly recommend this amazing place!

It worrying that this business hides their reviews when you search them in google. It appears you have to search in Google Maps to have the capacity to view them.Unfortunately this daycare continuously has its teachers resign and doesn't provide the parents with any explanation as to why they leave - we aren't even informed that the teachers have left - leaving us to only assume it has been unpleasant departures and that the daycare is trying to hide the fact teachers continuously leave. I do not recommend sending your children here.

I found learning tree hobsonville to be my worst daycare experience ever. I had taken a spot for my daughter to begin going there from early June 2023, this spot was taken almost a year ago in 2022. I had booked a second tour just to see if it all fits in with my daughter’s personality as the first tour was taken when she wasn’t even born. The manager there, didn’t quite like me taking a second tour and quite rudely asked me the reason for it. She huffed and puffed and appeared very disinterested and confused as to why I was there the second time. She thought I was there for transition visit which was not the case as I had clearly mentioned to another lady (Kim) the reason for my second visit. This also means there is lack of communication between staff. This rude and arrogant behaviour of the manager has put me off. All she wanted to know was whether I am giving them the business or not, wasn’t interested in knowing how I felt about the second visit. I emailed the manager about this highly unfriendly customer experience offered by her and she didn’t even bother to respond back. I will never recommend learning tree hobsonville to anyone.

Our kids love this daycare. The teachers are very nice and loving. From the first day on we felt very confident leaving our kids at the center. The management is great and helpful as well. Can only recommend.
