Food was ok. But the service was shocking! The guy was rude and honestly acted like he didn't want to be there. The menus on TVs weren't working. No energy in the place. Will take my money where there is service in future.

Ordered pizza at counter they asked for my name. I was waiting outside and went into every 5minutes to check my name on the screen. after 15 minutes i asked and my pizza was waiting and was cold. I asked why they didn't put my name on the TV and the worker said it only stays up for a limited amount of time. My name was never up there. I waited for ages . Terrible system ...service

Ordered the New Yorker, was absolutely pathetic. One one of the slices it had 1½ slices of pepperoni. Cheese was dry and was nothing like the advertised pizza. Also ordered the Cheese and garlic scrolls but they gave us cheesy garlic bread instead.

Had an issue with our order. Rung and the duty manager went above and beyond to fix the problem. Replaced our order and hand delivered it. Delicious. Thank you. Rare to find such exceptional customer service and great food. Highly recommend !

Shout out to Domino's and Donner. Thank you all for going above and beyond to correct an error and keep our whānau safe. We ordered a gluten-free cheese pizza for my coeliac fams, and we got a gluten-full pepperoni pizza (mistakes happen, and the receipt was on the wrong box). What was wonderful is that Donner raced back as we were getting ready to drive to domino's, and gave us the correct, original order. My fams was NOT glutened"

Store locked early despite staff inside. Google says store opens till midnight, locked at 11.30 PM.If you don't wanna do business just put a sign that you are closed. Why there is open sign? When you are closed and saw a vehicle pulled over, you should have minimum courtesy to inform them, rather informed other staff sitting in a chair and took him away from the front end to the back office.Tat Peninsula store is has better service than Tat South store. No wonder my mates recommend them despite livining in Roberts road.

Their food is consistently bad, I only order from there because they’re the closest. Tonight my mate had their order cancelled because they didn’t have enough drivers, but when he tried to call back to ask if it could be picked up, they didn’t answer 5 times. Drove passed and there were staff inside but it was closed before closing time - 11:30pm. Guessing they just got too lazy to make a pizza and wanted to close early.

STALE FOOD- Not sure what to call this potato fries or mashed potatoes, also the pizza we ordered had some kind of stale smell. This is the third time I have had issues with this store, never ordering it again pathetic.
