I've used IPS for several projects now and I must say Jason and his team never fail to impress! Jason is very knowledgeable and always has a bunch of great options to suit the job at hand. Whether its wardrobes, pantries or kitchen reno's he always produces a high quality product that's customized to our space. Jason is great to communicate with, clear and concise, which is vital for us with our project planning.I highly recommend IPS and look forward to working with them on future projects.

I write this review with great regret. This Company was referred to us by a very close friend. We had the Manager call out and take the measurements. We were highly impressed with his knowledge in the industry. We have three bathrooms. This job was a small job that needed the correct measurements. A time frame was given that it will be in the first week of March 2021. In the last week of February 2021, I contacted him three times, to confirm some details that were not mentioned on the quote. I was told to stop calling him for a small job. Then came the Covid19 level three. Business person like myself. I had to re-organise and cancelled my appointments in the covid level 3 week. Managing family rental properties that is going through home improvements. I contacted this Company by email enquiring if they will be installing our vanity at Level three and if he can send me an invoice that I can pay on completion of the job. Sunday morning 7.30am I received an email from the Manager “stating the following”:Hi Ayyub,Thank you for the opportunity to look at your vanity project. Unfortunately we wont be able to complete this project as we don’t feel that we will be able to meet your requirements.Kind regardsMANAGERS(NAME)We have had some major renovation work, extension , painting on our rental properties, continuous home improvement. Never ever faced a last minute negativity like this with any of our people, builders, plumbers, roofers etc. I am disappointed because I thought highly of this person and let down in the last minute. We have already started our positive recovery. My recommendation stay away to avoid last minute disappointment.

IPS was very easy to deal with getting some kitchen cabinets cut and installed. There was a slight delay with getting materials in but they kept me updated and delivered a fantastic product. Would recommend.

I am very glad I met Jason from IPS Group who turned up on time to the appointment he made with me. He listened carefully to what we wanted (including our budget) for our Garage Shelving and with confidence explained what the best options were. We were at ease dealing with him from the word 'Go'. He kept to his word on Installation Dates, and we were actually very surprised as we've had a few terrible experiences in the past.On the day/s of Installation, Will was an absolute pleasure to deal with. His attention to detail, professionalism and mindfulness (as we have a home operated business with clients on site) was the best we have seen in a long time. He did feel he was taking longer but didn't want to rush anything as he wanted it to be perfect. And IT WAS PERFECT and couldn't fault on anything.Thanks Jason, Will and the team for making our Garage storage, something we truly love! We regret not meeting you guys earlier and will surely be using your services moving forward.

I can really tell that these guys take pride in their work. They finished my kitchen well on time and did an exceptional job. Can not recommend them enough!!!

Jason and the IPS Group team were excellent to deal with. We had several pieces of custom cabinetry required in our new home and the end result is superb. We are thrilled with their quality of their workmanship. They are friendly, professional, great communication, arrive on time and their service is second to none. Highly recommend!

Made to fit looks so much better than ready made... may not be much on them yet... but I am enjoying having the space to display and store.

This company was used to do the kitchens, bathrooms and wardrobes for my apartment. Very impressed with the timeless style and high quality finish of their work. Highly recommend.

The guys at IPS have a passion for their craft, they love working with wood and it shows in their work. The team at IPS did a phenomenal job renovating my kitchen, laundry and bathroom in my studio. They went the extra mile making sure everything was done on time and to a very high standard. I have no hesitation in using them again and recommending them to others. Thanks so much
