Wilson Parking

I can't believe councils can sign off on such a small car park. I was driving my wife's SUV and it would not fit in the entry ramp with such a sharp turn in this car park I had to leave. You can see all the damage on the walls where many others have struggled in this car park. Wilson this is pathetic! Concentrate on usability instead of just profits, do this and the profits will come. Free tip from me as a successful CEO.

Terrible park. Very tight to get up and had to go up at least 7 tight winding levels before finding there were no public parks free. It seems like there is only a dozen or so public parks in the whole building! Was 15 mins late to my appointment due to this.

I agree it's a total rip off, I had a meeting to go to and this was the closest park it cost $36.60 for just under 3hrs when paying with a credit card. I also agree its very narrow I had to be very careful in my SUV.

I tried to pay, the instructions ordered me to input my license plate number. Print a ticket and no need to display it. OK, I figured that they have my number plate and when I leave, I input my plate number and then pay the amount I owe. Two hours later, when I tried to pay, they gave me a parking violation for $85! Their instructions was not clear and a great example of terrible design choices and I had to pay the price. What is the problem with good old booms and payment stations?I tried to launch a complaint but that were unsuccessful. I immediate paid my parking violation but this is the last time I will visit Wellington. I will complain with the city counsel because these terrible practices is exploitative and is hurting the image of an other wise vibrant city.

Most expensive car park I've ever been to. Card works only on the way in and then you can't get out. So you have to call a nice lady who will reprocess the payment for you and miraculously the card works!

Charged me $24 for 1 hour, dont go close to it

Pretty sure the mafia own this carpark. First and last time parking in a Wilsons Carpark building. It's run by extortionists and it closes at 7pm so you have to call their after hours to get in to the god damn place after 7.

Ridiculously expensive! I could have caught a taxi to and from work and it would have been cheaper than what I paid for parking for the day.

The worst car parking I have ever used. It’s very hard to drive up and down on different floors, the road is very narrow. It charges expensively. And the worst thing is that it doesn’t give you the information about how many public car parking slots left, I drove up difficultly to the top floor and there is still no public car parking slots, then we have to drive down all the floors again and scratched the backend tire of the car several times. Very bad experience.

Drove in, looked at the charges, drove straight out. You could take your car to a valet for less. Don't even deserve a single star, but zero stars does not seem to be allowed.
