Used their service last minute during the Easter weekend.A traditional car rental place bailed on us and we can no longer find available cars from other rental places. Luckily found this website online.Inquired which car is available and got a quick response from Henrik. Within an hour or so got a car and was on the road.Was hesitant at first since it's our first time using this service but didn't really encounter any problems. The car ran great and everything went smoothly.

Very hard to contact. I booked a car for 7days and I was waiting for the approval of the car from the owner then yesterday I notice the car was gone in my account and I was already charged in my card.I didnt even get notified if it was cancelled or not. It just disaappeared on my dashboardI know there is explenation to this but you guys should have a contact number where people can call to if there is an issue.I have sent multiple emails via website but there was no reply.Really frustrated with your service.

When will I get paid for my rental car that was returned 30 days ago? Just under $3,000 owed to me. I have had to spend a lot of money on new breaks, tires and road user charges from this rental. I have emailed numerous times and had no response. HAS ANYBODY BEEN PAID RECENTLY??

I rented a vehicle this evening at 7:00pm, to pick up at 8:30pm.I haven’t heard a whisper from the Henrik nor the company about my rental, nor honouring the booking, having paid up front.These guys are cowboys and to be avoided at all costs.Their website is clunky and inaccurate and they aren’t interested in fulfilling their obligations to their clients, when they were more than welcoming in securing my booking.Absolutely no way to communicate with them, as they don’t respond to emails and there’s no listed phone number, which is indicative of scammers.Tim

Worst Business company ever. A customer booked the car and left car in Hamilton Police Station, and now company is not ready to help. They got my car back after 1 week, i got to know my car is coming back when I emailed them that I am flying to Hamilton to get it, they did not show any courtesy to tell before I fly. they haven't paid for my rental yet. I am going to sue them on Tuesday.

Had a car that's backed into my car from this rental company that damaged my bumper...The guy gave me his details and the rental company told me to get a quote to fix it...Now they're ignoring my emails..he said he was waiting for a reply from the guy that hit me.... it's not hard to ring someone that's renting a car from you....FIX MY CAR plate number HWH345 White people mover van

I was glad to find this site and save on the rental. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the rental. Henrik indicated by e-mail at the last minute that he would not be there. Unfortunately, the car was not at the requested location either. Could not be reached by phone. In the end, he gave me an answer via text message and took me to the car with Uber. So I already lost an hour and a half of the rental... I took the car alone in a dark street. I didn't even see the inside because the interior light doesn't work. Afterwards, I noticed how dirty and disgusting the condition of the car was. It had nothing to do with the pictures in the ad. I wrote a letter to him and to the website about this, but he did not receive any response. I will never use the site again and will not recommend it to anyone!

We rented a car through this website for 6 weeks and paid the website owner (Henrik) in advance.The car broke down after 2 weeks and we could not get it fixed so we had to continue our travels otherwise.This happened at the end of February, which is now about 8 weeks ago. Since then I tried to contact Henrik and asked to pay us back the money for the remaining rental period. He is very difficult to reach and still has not given us our money back. The owner of the car is also still waiting for his money...The communication with him is terrible and even though I like the idea of the website I certainly would NOT recommend booking anything on there.I am hoping to get my money back one day but for now it looks very bad and I reached out to a lawyer to get things sorted.

I had a very good experience with Henrik, and will definitely use them again. The car we chose was unavailable for mechanical reasons, and without any delays or hassles for us Henrik arranged a replacement. This was a long term rental too. I liked the fact that roadside assistance and insurance are included, without the problems of other rental car companies blocking amounts for bond etc on your card. Great service, a great car and a wonderful holiday in both Islands of NZ!

This company is an absolute scam. Its been numerous emails over and month to every contact on their website and no response. The person whos car I used also can't get hold of them and the car had been in an accident. Shocking company
