I highly recommend Waterware, they are very knowledgeable & helpful. We installed 3 boilers & 93 radiator heaters in our lodge & had some issues with the system, they came out had a look & gave us there advice & made sure it’s all set up correctly.We also needed radiator bleeding keys & brought 4 online & they got delivered first thing in the morning the next day…amazing.

We have used Waterware for our bathroom and kitchen fittings, also a total central heating system instal in an old house. We could not fault the design and functionality of the products, not to mention the service! Nothing is ever a problem thanks to Lisa and the family company.

I have just received outstanding customer service from Tara, in searching for a small part I needed to repair a 12 year old kitchen tap. Not only did she stick with it until she found the part, but then sent it to me without charge. Couldn’t ask for better service. Thanks Tara

Bought an expensive kitchen tap from this co and have had nothing but trouble with it ever since.Within 6 months of installing the tap, it began to leak quite badly. We contacted customer service in Auckland and spoke to a rather rude lady who suggested the tap had been installed incorrectly or that the mains pressure was too high and that they would have to investigate further. After a week or so, and after a visit from their rep, they concluded the problem was due to a faulty ceramic cartridge and they would replace it. Waited for another 2 weeks or so to have the replacement cartridge to be fitted only to find they had ordered the wrong size. Waited another 2 weeks or so to have the correct cartridge fitted but 4 months on the leak has returned.Any reputable co would have offered a replacement unit or money back at the outset, but not this one. Instead we had to endure a rude customer service lady who tried her best to lay the blame on other factors but grudgingly accepted liability in the end.We’ve now decided to replace the tap with another brand and vow never to deal with this 3rd rate co again. Their products are substandard and their customer service is appalling!!

Waterware is our first port of call for every bathroom we design. Their range is vast, the designs are stunning and best of all will stand the test of time. I am stunned by the level of service at Waterware!It is just unbelievable! I needed to buy a toilet, which was out of stock at all showrooms affiliated with Waterware. Waterware had them in stock, but did not work weekends for collection. They recommended me to call to Elite Bathroomware, so that they would order the toilets for me and I could collect them on Saturday. The whole transaction was unbelievably fast and easy! The same day my toilets were delivered to Elite Bathroomware. On Saturday (the next day) we collected them from Elite Bathroomware. Great job, Team! Thank you!

I ordered a tap cartridge from Waterware and got my plumber to install, however it was the wrong size. From that point Waterware were fantastic at resolving the issue. Tara was awesome, with great and prompt communication arranging the replaced part to be installed trouble free at no further cost to myself. All very easy. Wonderful customer service, great job Tara!

Sadly, the Waterware bathroom tap I purchased 2 years ago has seized up for the FOURTH time. Waterware reluctantly replaced the cartridge in it the first two times. Last time it happened, I couldn’t be bothered with the hassle I’d had to go through the first two times so I got a local plumber to get a new cartridge and paid a fortune to get it fixed. This time I’m completely over it and will be replacing my tapware with a more reliable brand. This pisses me off but seems like the only sensible long term solution to a frustrating, ongoing problem.

Right from the word go, the team from Waterware were awesome to deal with. Took no time for them to contact me in order to get details of my requirements and before I knew it they were over to measure up my house etc.Installation of the heating only took a day - long day, but was completely impressed with the service.Very efficient, professional, friendly to deal with.Highly recommend Waterware :)
