I had followed Four Words for a long time on Instagram before my partner proposed. I think he knew i wanted to have a ring designed, so proposed with a temporary ring. However, that ring obviously became very sentimental to us, so we asked Four Words to recreate it for us.They did the most wonderful job, and we are both obsessed with the finished ring. The process was so smooth and was above expectations in many respects. Would 100% recommend.Hoping to work with them again when it's time for our wedding rings!

Four Words was a godsend amongst NZ’s other jewellers.Looking for a ring in New Zealand left me feeling rather deflated when the only options I could see where cookie cutter corporate designs. Looking out of the country for inspiration there was so much more variety in style, design and cost.Four Words is in my opinion is brining this overseas capability for design into the NZ market and offering more price conscious consumers with a variety of in house ring designs as well as custom options.After finding the design I wanted overseas I was forced to find a NZ based company that would be able to bring my design to life as the additional cost of brining the ring in from another country was too much.Four Words was able to look at the ring design I wanted and make a plan with me to build it right here in NZ! Going into their showroom we walked through all of the options available and never felt pushed or pressured into anything.The willingness to work with me on my ideas and budget made the process easy and stress free. Along with the fast and efficient communication back and forth over the finer details of the design.I had a great experience and will be going back to the team at Four Words again when we look for our wedding bands.

Superb service and execution. Their resources page and blog gave me a much-needed crash course on engagement ring design. Wishing for something unique I found the perfect inspiration in the examples they showed in their blogs. After reaching out they were quick to reply and an online call was arranged. In the call, Mohammed patiently answered all my questions. From the initial call to receiving the ring took less than 2 months. After the call, Four Words were very responsive to any queries and kept me up to date on the progress of the ring through renders of the ring, and details of the diamond chosen. The final ring looked even better than the renders! Awesome experience getting an engagement ring, really highly recommend Four Words!

I ordered my custom wedding ring from Four Words and the experience and result was fantastic. The whole transaction was online through emails but Vinny took a personalised approach and always replied promptly. I provided photos of what I wanted and it was replicated perfectly. It was really important to me to find a jeweler in New Zealand who could provide lab made diamonds at an affordable price and Four Words fit the bill. I was hesitant to get in touch because they didn't have prices on their website, so I assumed it was out of my budget, but I'm so glad I made an enquiry because Vinny worked with me to get what I wanted within my budget. Absolutely adore my ring and enjoyed the process of creating something we both love. I get so many comments about how much it sparkles!We decided on a cushion cut 1.0 carat moissanite with round cut moissanite side stones and a 10k yellow gold band. My favourite design feature is the trellis setting.Mohammed and the team were so helpful and patient while making new sketches based on our feedback until we found the perfect design for us.As we are not based in Auckland, I found it so great that they send a 3D printed render of your chosen design before anything is finalised so I could properly try it on for sizing and ensure I was certain I was in love with the setting.Very glad we chose this process for my engagement ring and would highly recommend Four Words for anyone wanting to create custom jewellery!
