Our califont got flooded and died, and I called around to try and have it replaced. Hamish responded immediately with a phone call, and then came over to have a look. Gene came over a couple of days later and efficiently installed a new califont and controller. Thanks guys for the effort and great work!!

We recently used this company twice for a gas & plumbing work. Both times the work was completed on time & staff were friendly. Well priced & would happily recommend.

Extremely poor service. I engaged this company sent a very detailed email with photos on what was to be completed for my plumbing needs. They got back to me the next day and agreed to book me in the following Tuesday. After visiting the job they advise me 2 business prior to the installation, unfortunately we cannot do the job. I had an emergency circumstance and this left me with no time to organise another plumber. Word of advice for the company if you say your going to do the job, make sure you do it, don't back out at the last minute. The company website looks professional but quite the opposite. Please be careful when engaging with Northland Plumbing and gas.

I was really impressed with with how quickly the job was attended to as it is becoming difficult to find trades that will attend smaller jobs. The job was completed in a timely manner and to a high standard. I was given a detailed explanation of the issue and how it would be fixed. I will definitely be using them again.

Quite dissapointed with the service. After the plumber left the sink that he was connecting was leaking. After the repair by the same plumber - it was leaking again. Also make sure that you request a quote prior the job, otherwise you will end up like us: paying for the time the plumber was on site and paying for the time the plumber was not on site. Will definitely not use this company again.

We needed a gas+electric stove installed. The guys came when they said they would, did what they said they'd do and charged what they quoted. They were quick, efficient and very professional. If we need of the services they provide again we would have no hesitation in calling on them

Very cheery and helpful reception. I was advised i needed an electrician after i explained my problem. She then referred me to an electrician who was also very helpful. Problem solved quickly. Thanks for the amazingl service.

Great, timely response and service with installing our gas oven.

We were really impressed with the service from this company. Our very old (first floor)hot water system emptied itself overnight through the lower level bathroom ceiling . NP's response was quick, job was assessed and repairs scheduled. Alterations were also made to modernise to latest standards to ensure this could never happen again. Communications were prompt and clear and the job was completed as scheduled. Overall outstanding service.
