My experience was great there service was awesome. Specially I will mention my case officer Mr Jon Foster he was spectacular and a very kind gentleman and examined my case very professionally and helped me a lot. God bless him.

Leave with a headache everytime.Hours just to get some help with petrol to attend a hearing. Off all branches of winz I've had to deal with this place makes me feel very unwelcome, and never really seems to offer any solutions or help. Rather they make you fight to the death for it.

I get a telling off for not going to a meeting when my case manager doesn’t even bother to show up for any of mine? Also rude as haven’t helped me with food lately when I’ve told them I have a job and waiting to start work.

The case managers are very good and patient, even when they get the most ugliest clients in (as in difficult and rude)

Terrible. Long line of people inside and outside standing in the rain with only 2 people on service counter 1 of which was helping the other sort something out. Time this organisation took customers seriously and put on more staff.
