The Hire-a-Maid team did an excellent job of a rental clean after tenants moved out - including the oven. Friendly and professional cleaners, reasonable price and good communication. Will be happy to use their service again.

Horrible job by them. Hired them to do a one off clean. Their cleaners did not even try at all. Cabinets and sink were untouched. The Shower had a lot of soap which they clearly just left, can barely see any difference before and after. I was told they tried different cleaning products and could not remove, which was a complete lie. I managed to get a small patch cleaned easily with just some jiff. A complete waste of time.

Very disappointed in this service. Multiple items from the checklist were not cleaned or not done properly. The cleaner did the bare minimum for $140. And the agency offered no re-clean or any compensation when I cancelled the service after the first appointment.

I highly recommend Hire a Maid. In the year we have been using this company I have had the same young lady each fortnight. She is punctual, thorough, and trustworthy. After each clean I come home to the best fresh smelling cleaned home. Twice a year we have our ovens cleaned. Spring cleans are on offer. After Covid they gave us the option to have all our touch points cleaned with a germ shield surface sanitiser.They take their job seriously and this is why I have been happy to stay with them.

When another company cancelled my end of tenancy clean the day before it was scheduled, Hire a Maid came through last minute. The woman on the phone was so friendly and understanding of my situation, made sure everything was explained and understood before we booked. They did an amazing job of the place. Would recommend to anyone!
